It has come to my attention that some people find the server rules unclear. And have found themselves facing consequences because they did not understand said 'rules'

you can find a List of the rules by typing "/rules" ingame keep in mind, there are two pages of rules. you can access the other page by typing "/rules 2"

Here is a complete list of the rules:
[1] Respect everyone
[2] Do not grief
[3] Swearing is allowed but DO NOT over use it
[4] Do not steal
[5] Do not ask for ranks or items
[6] Do not sell or give away donor kits
[7] Do not abuse bugs, report them to a staff member
[8] Always listen to staff
[9] No hacked clients
[10] Ask a staff member if the mod you are using is allowed, no mods such as X-ray
failure to follow these rules may result in a ban

If you find any of the following explanations confusing don't be afraid to ask staff.


[1] Respect everyone - This means, no inappropriate comments about; race, gender, sexuality, religion, or other defining factor. and keep arguing to a minimum in public chat
[2] Do not grief - Simple one - do not damage other player's properties - Including farms, buildings, decorations, etc.
[3] Swearing is allowed but DO NOT over use it - you can use minor swear words when something bad happens. But don't overuse C-bombs and F-bombs - and no towns "creatively" titled using such words. towns like that will be removed at the town owner's cost
[4] Do not steal - self explanatory. do not remove anything from another person's property without their permission (With or without protection) This includes harvesting people's farms - even if replanted. Ask first.
[5] Do not ask for ranks or items - do not ask for items or ranks for free. asking how to become a donator or level up is fine, but asking to become these for doing nothing is a no no. items are the same, asking for free items, is a no no, but asking if anyone is selling something e.g; "is anyone selling bookshelves?" is fine.
[6] Do not sell or give away donor kits anything obtained by becoming a donator, is therefore a illegitimate item only donators of equal rank or higher can have
[7] Do not abuse bugs, report them to a staff member - please do not use global chat for this - use the forums or /msg
[8] Always listen to staff - Staff are judge, Jury and executioner. what we say is final.
[9] No hacked clients - Inventory tweaking and game enhancements are allowed. this means, Resource packs, NEI, Invtweaks and such - No X-ray mods/textures.
[10] Ask a staff member if the mod you are using is allowed, no mods such as X-ray - this includes any mod that gives you an unfair advantage over other players (light hacks, x-ray, flyhacks, speed boosts, autoplacers) - Inv tweaks and UI mods are allowed
failure to follow these rules may result in a ban
